We ship within 3 business days of receiving your paid order and all packages with ship through one of three carriers: UPS, USPS or Fed Ex. Once your package has shipped and tracking provided, we are no longer responsible for it; however, we will assist in whatever way we can to help you locate it.
We are committed to providing you with amazing customer service and we are confident that you will love your new pieces. However, there are instances where an item may not fit quite right or was not what you expected. In that event, we are happy to offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn (free of perfumes, smells, and pet hair) and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. To initiate your exchange, simply click on the RETURN PORTAL within 5 days of receipt. Our address is located on the return portion of the address label. Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will issue a credit to your account for a future purchase. We do not offer refunds at this time. All shop credit for returns expire 30 days after issuance.
