We ship within 3 business days of receiving your paid order and all packages with ship through the USPS.
We are committed to providing you with amazing customer service and we are confident that you will love your new pieces. However, there are instances where an item may not fit quite right or was not what you expected. In that event, we are happy to offer an exchange.
You simply need to keep the tags on the unworn item and initiate the exchange via our RETURN portal within 14 days. Our address is located on the return portion of the address label. Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will issue a credit to your account for a future purchase. We do not offer refunds at this time.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any damaged or defective item should be reported within 7 business days to email@example.com. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible if we are able or issue a credit to your account.
